Garrick Consulting Engineers is a structural engineering consultancy based in Guildford, providing professional design and advice across Surrey, London and the South East.

Our experienced team combines strong technical expertise with a practical, collaborative approach to structural engineering. We work on projects of all sizes, from domestic alterations and extensions to complex refurbishments, new buildings and larger commercial developments.

Our Background

Garrick Consulting Engineers was established in 2019 by Ed and James Garrick, building on their experience at WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services consultancies.

The company was founded with the aim of combining the technical expertise and professional standards of a larger consultancy with the personal service, flexibility and responsiveness of a smaller, dedicated team.

Since then, we have grown into an established team of engineers and technicians, developing long-standing relationships with clients and construction professionals throughout the region.

Our Team

Our team includes six Chartered Structural Engineers, supported by graduate engineers, experienced structural technicians and dedicated administrative staff.

We bring together a broad range of experience in structural engineering, from traditional buildings and residential developments to complex steel and concrete structures, basements, retaining walls and specialist engineering projects.

Working together from our Guildford office allows us to share expertise, maintain consistent technical standards and provide clients with reliable support throughout their projects.
